When I think that it took me five and a half months to lose 30 some odd pounds and in just 45 days I have lost over 20 pounds. Not only that but one full pants size and have started to add new notches in my belt. Some of the other amazing changes I have noticed, even though I had lost over 30 pounds my cell phone still stuck me in my side and I had to turn it sideways to sit down or it would pinch my side real bad. And in just two and a half weeks it no long stuck me in the side any longer and just one week after there was a gap between me side and the cell phone. The first Bikram Yoga class I couldn’t sit on the floor with my legs straight out in front of me and sit straight up. When I tried to stretch forward to reach my toes i could bare get half way down my shins. Today I can reach my toes and with my fingertips.
